You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
We will prepare your order as quickly as possible.
Once your items are ready, you will receive a second email or SMS.
Do not arrive until you have received your Ready for Pickup notification.
When you arrive, please have one of the following:
Let one of our team members know you are picking up an order.
We’ll retrieve it for you.
We do not ship any livestock.
All livestock must be purchased in-store or paid online for in-store pickup.
To protect the health and safety of animals:
Once livestock leaves our store, all sales are final.
Orders typically must be picked up within 3–5 business days depending on the items.
Livestock or perishable items may have same-day pickup requirements.
If you cannot pick up your order within a reasonable time, please contact us.
Pickup must be completed during regular business hours.
