5. Pickup / No Shipping Policy

✔ Online purchases are for In-Store Pickup only.

Orders must be picked up at our retail location.
Pickup details will be provided after purchase.
Identification may be required when the name on the order does not match the pickup person.

Customers are responsible for arriving with adequate transportation, appropriate containers, and safe handling plans for all purchases.

6. Returns & Refunds

Dry Goods

Unused and unopened dry goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions:

Product must be in its original packaging
Item must be in new, resellable condition
Original store receipt or order confirmation is required

No returns will be accepted for opened or used products.

Livestock

Due to the biological nature of animals:

All livestock sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Purchasing animals and aquarium products requires proper preparation and care.

Customers are responsible for:

Safely transporting purchased livestock
